Learn a skill that is in demand
From the construction site to the classroom
Each semester Gallegos provides up to 17 employees an opportunity to enroll in the Gallegos Corporation Apprentice Program. What that means is that you are mentored in the field while you take classes to learn the basics and beyond. But unlike traditional classroom environments, you earn your hourly wage while you learn. Each semester you complete you will receive a pay increase in your hourly rate. The more classes you take, the more money you make.
Gallegos’s apprentice curriculum has been certified by the Department of Labor as well as the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) whose curriculum was originally developed by 11 of the largest construction firms in the world. Since its inception, the program has expanded to include more than 60 trades and is recognized by thousands of companies globally. This program gives you industry-recognized credentials that designate you as a trained and highly skilled craftsperson. What you learn at Gallegos can translate to any construction site in the country.
To apply for the apprenticeship program at Gallegos you must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma, or have received your GED. You must also be physically capable of work without posing a threat to your safety or the safety of those around you.
